Low Calorie Pasta Salad

Happy Sunday!
Wow! Has it been hot here in Texas. We are having high temps in the 90s and then it only cools off at night to the upper 70s. Guess what? Summer is early!

We are still working on the master bath, we got lots done yesterday so maybe I can get some pictures up for you to see soon! But today I have the most yummy pasta salad for you and its low calorie! Yay!
Doesn't it look yummy? Well that's because it is!  It's made with whole wheat spiral pasta noodles which makes it better for you! And what a perfect summer dish too.  We had ours with a full meal, but I suppose you could just add some chicken, tuna or salmon and make it a lunch meal too!
Here's my recipe for you, I tweaked the original recipe I had so I could use what I had in the cabinet:

Summer Pasta Salad

6 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (Ronzoni Rotini)
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Broccoli
2 Stalks Celery Chopped
1/2 Cup Kraft Free Caesar Italian Dressing
2 Cups Chopped Carrots
1 Small Tomato Chopped
1 Cup Chopped Green Onion
1 Tblsp Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water. Mix together. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

I hope you can try and love it! We do! It's so easy to make too, I love easy, low calorie and yummy, don't you?

It doesn't have to be done all at once.  It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time!
